PURPOSE: A system and method for remotely monitoring a photovoltaic power generation are provided to make a solar cell panel normally rotate by checking the solar cell panel and a solar module. CONSTITUTION: A photovoltaic power generation apparatus(100) includes a power quantity sensing unit(110), a first wireless communication unit(120), a panel angle control unit(130), and a second wireless communication unit(140). The power quantity sensing unit senses the output power quantity of the solar module. The first wireless communication unit collects the output power quantity and transmits the output power quantity. The panel angle control unit controls the angle of the solar panel comprised of two or more solar modules. The second wireless communication unit receives the angle control signal of the panel angle control unit. A remote control device(200) includes a third wireless communication unit(210), a determining unit(220), a display unit(230), and a control unit(240).
