PURPOSE: A method for estimating the size of the cerebral infarction area of a stroke animal model is provided to more accurately evaluate the effect of a cerebral infarction treatment material and accurately estimate the size of a cerebral infarction area. CONSTITUTION: The size of the cerebral infarction area is estimated using cerebral thrombosis image in a stroke animal model. The magnitude transition of the cerebral infarction area is measured using the cerebral thrombosis image. The cerebral thrombosis image measured the size of the cerebral infarction area using florescent thrombus imaging and blood attached with a florescent material.
