PURPOSE: A machining method and a machining device of a pin seal for fixing a turbine vane are provided to reduce machining processes and costs by simultaneously forming the top and bottom surfaces of a plate and the top and bottom arc surfaces of circular bars formed on both sides of the plate.;CONSTITUTION: A machining method of a pin seal(10) for fixing a turbine vane is as follows. The top surface of a plate and the top arc surfaces of circular bars(14, 14a) are simultaneously formed on the top of a material. The bottom surface of the plate and the bottom arc surfaces of the circular bars are simultaneously formed on the bottom of the material.
