PURPOSE: A material vapor reaction analyzer under a complex environment is provided to save costs and times required for experiment by exposing a plurality of specimens to respective air environments in a reacting furnace.;CONSTITUTION: A material vapor reaction analyzer under a complex environment includes a reacting furnace(100), a gas adjusting part(200), a gas composition analyzing part(300), and a controlling part(400). The reacting furnace adjusts the temperature and the load of material specimens. The concentrations of a plurality of gases supplied into the reacting furnace are adjusted to adjust the concentration of gaseous impurities in the material specimens under an atmospheric environment. The gas composition analyzing part measures the variation of gas compositions according to the reaction of the material specimens and the atmospheric environment.
