PURPOSE: A weather and air pollution factor risk prediction method for diagnosing the deterioration of severe asthma are provided to decide a weather and air pollution factor influencing the deterioration of severe asthma and predict a risk, thereby preventing and diagnosing the deterioration of severe asthma. CONSTITUTION: A factor influencing the deterioration of asthma is selected among daily weather and air pollution factors. The factor is modeled by using a conditional logistic regression analysis method. A quantitative analysis of the modeled factor is performed by using a case-crossover method. The weather and air pollution factor is selected among temperature, humidity, pressure, fine dust, ozone, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide and sulfurous acid gas.
