PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing carbon nano-tubes or carbon nano-fiber and the carbon nano-tubes or the carbon nano-fiber are provided to obtain carbon nano-tubes without an additional process by using metal-organic frameworks(MOFs) as a catalyst carrier.;CONSTITUTION: The mixing ratio of raw material gas and carrier gas is adjusted. MOFs are introduced into a chemical vapor deposition device. Mixed gas with the adjusted mixing ratio is supplied to grow carbon nano-tubes based on a chemical vapor deposition method. The raw material gas is acetylene or ethylene. The flux of the raw material gas is in a range between 50 and 150 ml/min. The carrier gas is argon. The mixing ratio of the raw material gas and the carrier gas is 1:14 volume ratio.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
