PURPOSE: A flow-rate related proportional control type pressure relief valve system is provided to detect changes in the secondary side flow rate of a main valve through a venturi part and automatically control a secondary side pressure proportionally to the secondary side flow rate.;CONSTITUTION: A flow-rate related proportional control type pressure relief valve system comprises a main valve(10), a venturi part(400), a pilot valve(100), and a differential pressure control pilot valve(300). The main valve selectively widens or narrows a flow path between an inlet and an outlet according to the difference between the internal pressure of an upper chamber and an outlet side pressure. The venturi part comprises a support plate(430), a venturi(410) formed in the center of the plate, and a pressure hole(420) formed in the center of the venturi. The pilot valve comprises a main body, a first diaphragm, an elastic spring, and a second diaphragm. The main body comprises a first inlet, a first outlet, and a seat portion which opens and closes a flow path connected to the first inlet and a second outlet. The first diaphragm operates the seat portion with the pressure of the main valve transmitted through the first inlet, thereby opening or closing the flow path. The elastic spring presses the first diaphragm downward. The second diaphragm is operated with a fluid flowing in from the main valve.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
