KNOWLEDGE SERVICE METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING INTERNAL MEMBER OF ENTERPRISE WITH EXTERNAL KNOWLEDGE

PURPOSE: A knowledge service method and a system supplying external knowledge to an inside member are provided to supply a specialized knowledge to the inside member by connecting an outside knowledge system offering the specialized knowledge of outside experts. CONSTITUTION: A subscription channel selecting menu is offered to a subscription applicant terminal. If a subscription channel is selected from the subscription applicant terminal, the subscribe channel selection information is transmitted to an outside knowledge service system(ST13, ST14). The outside knowledge in the selected subscribe channel is received(ST22). The outside knowledge is stored in knowledge database(ST23). The external knowledge is supplied to a user terminal.
