PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented fodder for black goat containing cultivated mountain ginseng is provided to reduce the unique odor from meat of the black goat. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented fodder for black goat containing cultivated mountain ginseng comprises the following steps: mixing 25kg of formula feed, 0.01kg of cultivated mountain ginseng powder, 7.5kg of maize meal, 5kg of mushroom medium, 2.5kg of corn husk, 2.5kg of rice bran, 1.24kg of bean curd dregs, 1.25kg of sesame dregs, 1.25kg of barley bran, and 1.25kg of pear pomace in a container; and aging and fermenting the mixture at room temperature for 15 days.
