FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: test system contains: specific antigen of type I cattle parvovirus from the strain Parvo 32459-DEP in the concentration of 3-5 mcg/cm³ adsorbed on the well surface of polystyrene plates; parvovirus (positive and negative) reference serums diluted 1:400 - 1:1600; anti-species conjugate; potassium dihydrogen phosphate; dipotassium phosphate; sodium chloride; chromogen (orthophenylenediamine); hydrogen peroxide; stop solution and a panel for ELISA reaction.;EFFECT: test system enables detecting antibodies in sampled blood serums once diluted, evaluating antibodies to type one cattle parvovirus in the infected, recovered and vaccinated animals in four dilutions of blood serum.;6 tbl, 1 dwg
