FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, oncology, particularly, by methods of conservative treatment of the patients suffering early breast cancer. It involves 3D conformal radio therapy (CRT) covering a removed tumour bed including 2 cm of surrounding healthy tissues; single basic dose is 2.5 Gy twice a day at a fraction interval of 6 hours, to total basic dose 40 Gy.
