The method involves using coils (39, 52) such as air-core coils i.e. toroid coils, including center lines, which follow an original, real or virtual wire course. Wires of normal coils (29, 42) are wrapped by wires of the air-core coils. Combined coils are provided by retention of the normal coils. Coupling is carried out by electrical fields (22, 25) and magnetic fields (32, 35) by design of the air-core coils such that same or different frequencies are used. The air-core coils enclose surfaces of field diffusion, where the enclosed surfaces are not lie in a common plane. An independent claim is also included for an arrangement that is utilized as a coupling element and antenna for coupling and decoupling electromagnetic fields.
