The assembly (1) has a toilet seatback (3) pivotable between two high and deep end positions around a horizontal pivotal axis (X2) with respect to a toilet bowl (2), where the end positions are vertically located above the toilet bowl. A support element (3.1) i.e. padded backrest support part, of the seatback is positioned relative to the toilet bowl in the deep end position such that a user is able to lean at back on the support element. The support element is arranged outside a use region of the toilet bowl in a high end position.
