The process comprises pre-treating (10) a powder of alloy composition to generate mechanically alloyed (MA) powder by mechanical alloying of the powder from alloy composition, loading (20) a container with the MA powder, adjusting (30) a concentration of oxygen of the MA powder, and post-treating (40) the MA powder of which the oxygen concentration is adjusted. The adjusting step comprises introducing component including hydrogen gas, mixed hydrogen gas and/or reducing gas into the container, and carrying out a reduction of a portion of the oxygen included in the MA powder. The process comprises pre-treating (10) a powder of alloy composition to generate mechanically alloyed (MA) powder by mechanical alloying of the powder from alloy composition, loading (20) a container with the MA powder, adjusting (30) a concentration of oxygen of the MA powder, and post-treating (40) the MA powder of which the oxygen concentration is adjusted.
