The device (1) has a signaling cone receiving part (2) that is utilized to receive a signaling cone (3), where the receiving part is in form of a cage. An impactor (4) is utilized for ejecting the cone out of the part and to position the cone vertically on a road or highway, where the device is arranged on a vehicle or trailer. The impactor is retained by a suction cup that is provided as one of electromagnetic type, pneumatic type or mechanical type. The impactor is provided with a jack for striking the cone from predetermined height.
