The method involves defining a law of agglomeration of hydrates to connect a state of agglomeration of the hydrates to stress by a suspension. Parameters are determined by circulating a mixture of water and oil, and gradually lowering temperature of the mixture until formation of a stable suspension of the hydrates and by measuring pressure loss induced by the formation of the stable suspension of the hydrates. A parameter characteristic i.e. dynamic viscosity, of the flow of the suspension of hydrates is determined by using the defined law and the determined parameters.
