PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a steel product for a hydrogen sulfide environment, capable of being suitably used for line pipes or the like transporting crude oil, natural gas and the like which contain hydrogen sulfide, and excellent in hydrogen absorption resistance; and a steel structure.;SOLUTION: A steel product includes 0.01-0.20% of C, 0.01-0.50% of Si, 0.1-2.0% of Mn, 0.015% or less (excluding 0%) of P, 0.03% or less (excluding 0%) of S, 0.005-0.10% of Al, and 0.05-1.0% of Cu, as well as 0.001-0.050% of Sn and/or 0.001-0.050% of Sb, with the remainder comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, while a ratio of [Cu]/([Sn]+[Sb]) is 1.0-30.0.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
