PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infant lower-thigh weight bearing orthosis that is simple in structure while maximally being reduced in weight, easy in manufacturing, low in cost, does not weaken the rigidity of a support column, can stably be supported by inhibiting the fore-and-aft movement of a foot, and enables walking while a load is not applied on a remote portion of a socket while making only vertical movement free.;SOLUTION: The infant lower-thigh weight bearing orthosis is constituted of the socket for supporting a lower thigh, the substantially U-shaped support column, and a substantially U-shaped shoe support, and a synthetic-resin made sliding member having superior sliding performance is arranged so as to penetrate the support column.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
