A web mail management system includes: a mobile terminal which can transmit and receive an Internet mail having a first mail address and a web mail having a second mail address; and a mail server (33) having a basic reception BOX (3331) and an addition/reception BOX (3332). The mail server (33) stores a web mail stored in the addition/reception BOX (3322) into the basic reception BOX (3331) according to a request for storage in a mobile terminal (1). The mail server adds a process URL for causing a browser of the mobile terminal (1) to display a process screen for the stored web mail and processes the web mail stored in the addition/reception BOX (3332) according to an instruction from the browser.
