METHOD FOR IMPROVING MOTILITY AND FERTILIZING CAPACITY OF SPERMATOZOIDS OF DEFROSTED BULL SPERM

A method for improving motility and fertilizing capacity of spermatozoids of defrosted bull sperm comprising defrosting in a waterbath according to a temperature range of 65-70 °C and a exposure duration of six or seven seconds, which is the optimum one and lowers harmful effect of the recrystallization f and hydratation processes, in addition, it simplifies the defrosting technology for artificial insemination technicians and provides improving the motility factors, absolute survival value and fertilizing capacity of spermatozoids, correspondingly against control by 10.5, 15.2 and 11.6 %.
