A universal furnace includes a body that is oriented in vertical direction, in that combustion chamber with blast channel is placed, over that the chambers for baking with control gates are placed, those are connected with a system of air guides to valves, and flue for discharge of combustion products and temperature sensor. Additionally the furnace is equipped with chamber for cooking the first and the second courses, this is placed just over the combustion chamber, and at that it has volume larger compared to those of baking chambers, and smoking chamber connected with branch pipes to the combustion chamber and flue, respectively, and equipped at inlet and outlet with gates for control of draught. I the combustion chamber a water-heating tank is placed as a temperature stabilizer, and at above over the chambers for baking a tank for water heating is placed, with filling and discharge openings, this is arranged with possibility of connection to the system of water heating of premises.
