A method for prediction of two-year mortality at acute cardiac infarction with Q wave includes obtaining data on age of the patient, determination of symptoms of acute cardiac insufficiency by means of technical means, clarification of data on carrying out revascularization therapy at acute coronary syndrome with elevation of the S-T segment, presence of chronic cardiac insufficiency and diabetes mellitus, determination of concentration of cardio-specific marker troponin I at hospitalization for infarct treatment. Evaluation of risk in patients during the first day is carried out.
