PURPOSE: A real-time experience analysis system and a method thereof are provided to individually or integrally analyze and diagram subjective and experiential indexes of various related stakeholders in a service process in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A real time experience analysis server collects input data for evaluating a specific service from a terminal device(S320). The server selects an experience evaluation index based on the input data(S330). The server transmits question data including the experience evaluation index to the terminal device(S340).
