PURPOSE: the measure structure of the loss prevention of seashore sea sand provides recycling using environmentally friendly geotextiles and its construction method and is generated by dredger dredging sand to seashore, to minimize the measure structure of construction cost sand loss prevention and provide the artificial reef that vegetation is restored at environmental protection construction method beach. ;CONSTITUTION: the measure structure of the loss prevention of seashore sea sand includes in vegetation soil bag and non-cloth bag using environmentally friendly geotextile. Water-soluble adhesion layer forms water soluble adhesive by coating and covering material vegetation soil bag and water factory's seed is sowed adhesive layer to be attached. The vegetation soil bag is filled with thin soil and the setting of non-woven bag is being transported to construction site. Non-woven bag is unfolded in the plant biological bag layer laminate in construction site. Artificial reef is formed by connecting elements insertion connector ring forms whose edge aggregation center of the edge of non-woven bag.
