PURPOSE: A gait training device is provided to prevent an unpredictable falling accident during gait training and to effectively perform rehabilitation treatment.;CONSTITUTION: A gait training device includes a walk assist robot(100) which is put on the lower part of the body of a walk trainee; a treadmill(200) which provides the bottom surface on which the walk trainee walks at a determined speed; a retractor(300) which supports the body of the walk trainee upwards; and a controller which controls the drive of the walk assist robot, the treadmill, and the retractor. The retractor comprises a pulling suit which is put on the body of the walk trainee; a main rope which is connected to the pulling suit; a drive motor which drives the main rope to pull the pulling suit upwards; and a reverse load weight unit which applies a reverse load to the walk trainee.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
