摘要

PURPOSE: A device and a method for testing the reliability of a corrosion control system are provided to set a systematic performance evaluation standard of the corrosion control system and to monitor a corrosion state and a corrosion protection state on a real time basis.;CONSTITUTION: A device for testing the reliability of a corrosion control system comprises a third test piece(30), a monitoring system(50), and a controller(60). The third test piece includes: a third steel plate in which artificial scratches are added partially on a coated surface; a third reference electrode, which is installed in the third steel plate, sensing a potential difference generated between the third steel plate and electrolyte and delivering a value thereof to the controller; and an anode of an insoluble material, which is installed at a position corresponding to the third reference electrode of the third steel plate, discharging a protection current output by the controller through the electrolyte.
