PURPOSE: A food waste separate collection container is provided to prevent leachate, which is reversely flown to food waste, from being dumped with food waste, thereby remarkably reducing the weight of the food waste.;CONSTITUTION: A food waste separate collection container(100) comprises an upper container(10) and a lower container(20). The upper container includes a filter(16). The filter includes a cover(11) capable of opening/closing on the top surface and leachate discharging holes(16a) for discharging only leachate discharged from the food waste on the bottom surface. The lower container stores the leachate discharged from the upper container. The upper and lower containers are joined to each other to be detachable. A leachate backflow prevention valve(30) is installed in the lower part of the filter. The leachate backflow prevention valve opens the bottom of the filter while the collection container is straightly erected and closes the bottom of the filter while the collection container is overturned, thereby preventing the backflow of the leachate collected in the lower container to the upper container.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
