PURPOSE: A printed circuit board support clamp and a plating device including the same are provided to have a stable supporting power and to prevent the tongs of a clamp from being plated and rusted.;CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board (PCB) support clamp comprises a pair of tongs (20), a handle unit (30), and a fixing unit. The pair of tongs to which the front ends of the upper part and the lower part arm are attached fixes the PCB. The handle unit is composed of the upper and the lower part frame. Each front end of the upper and the lower part frame is combined by a pin. The front end of a sub frame fixes the rear end of the lower arm, and is combined through the pin with the rear end of the upper arm.
