PURPOSE: A sewage/wastewater processing apparatus reusing aerated air in a membrane separation tub is provided to increase operating efficiency by simplifying the structure of facility, and to reduce energy. CONSTITUTION: A sewage/wastewater processing apparatus includes an intermittent reaction tub(300), and a membrane separation tub(400) located closely to the intermittent reaction tub. An aeration/stirring/liquid transfer device is installed inside the intermittent reaction tub for repeating the anaerobic and aerobic condition. The membrane separation tub includes a separation membrane to remove solid materials from inflow water. A separation membrane chamber(410) with an aeration pipe is located on the lower side of the membrane separation tub. A separation membrane cover is located on the upper side of the separation membrane chamber. A collecting tube connected to the separation membrane cover is coupled to the aeration/stirring/liquid transfer device.
