PURPOSE: A control blasting method for the rapid demolition of a concrete base mat is provided to implement sequential detonations from a blasting hole around a free surface, and partition and blast the whole blasting holes, thereby obtaining an excellent reduction effect for blasting vibration. CONSTITUTION: A control blasting method for the rapid demolition of a concrete base mat includes: a step of forming a free surface(2) on the concrete base mat; a step of partially drilling holes of which the diameters are 89 to 102mm on the mat in order to identify positions in which reinforcing bars are arranged; a step of drilling plural blasting holes of which the diameters are 38 to 52mm on plural columns, which are separated from the free surface at prescribed distances, are aside from the positions, and are parallel to the free surface, and then drilling the diameters of the blasting holes in even columns deeper than those in odd columns on the basis of a first column closest to the free surface; a step of charging the blasting holes with blasting powder; and a step of blasting the blasting holes. The blasting holes in odd columns are formed by drilling to points between the upper reinforcing bars(21) and the lower reinforcing bars of the mat. The blasting holes in even columns are formed by drilling to the lower side of the lower reinforcing bars(22) of the mat.
