GROUND BURIAL TYPE DYNAMIC BEHAVIOR DETECTION APPARATUS USING AN ACOUSTIC EMISSION SENSOR AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF, WHICH APPLIES A STRUCTURE OF SURROUNDING THE PERIPHERY OF A WAVEGUIDE ROD WITH AN ACOUSTIC EMISSION GENERATING MATERIAL
PURPOSE: A ground burial type dynamic behavior detection apparatus using an acoustic emission sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain an accurate microscopic acoustic emission signal without classification of materials according to distance.;CONSTITUTION: A ground burial type dynamic behavior detection apparatus (100) includes a waveguide rod (120), acoustic emission sensors (111,112), a wrapping layer (130), an acoustic emission generating material (140) and a grouting layer (150). The waveguide rod is prolonged along one direction in order to be inserted into a borehole. The plurality of acoustic emission sensors is installed at different positions of the waveguide rod. The wrapping layer is arranged around the waveguide rod to surround the waveguide rod. The acoustic emission generating material of uniform quality is filled in a space between the waveguide rod and the wrapping layer. The grouting layer is formed outside of the wrapping layer in order to fix the waveguide rod.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
