The panel has a shield (7) made from dielectric material, and a switch arranged behind the shield. The switch has sensors for contactless detection of presence or absence of foreign matters in front of the shield, and an opaque decoration foil (8) contains metal particle electrically insulated from the shield. The decoration foil is limited by a transparent edge area (22) of the shield, and a light source i.e. LED, is provided for illuminating the edge area. A central area of a surface of the shield is covered with the decoration foil that is extruded with plastic of the shield.
