The generator has a mass body e.g. cube or pyramid, consisting of individual bars or ingots of a monocrystalline material e.g. silicon, with an overall weight of multiple tons. Total mass of the monocrystalline material is adjusted to desired temperature within the mass body. The mass body has symmetrical shape corresponding to a crystal system of a used substance. The individual bars comprise uniform orientation of a crystalline network in the mass body. A heat exchanger is brought into a medium i.e. water, at center of the mass body, and provides heat to a load.
