The method involves exciting blade in oscillatory mode, and acquiring a surface of the blade to locate the cracks. Fixed focal distance and lighting of the surface are acquired. Search zones of the cracks are predetermined by superposition algorithms of signals. Images of the blade are filtered by software image processing algorithms to emphasize defects to be detected in all zones and in zones thermally affected by the mode. Surface defects are detected in the images by image processing algorithms. Automatic checking statement is published at end of each checking of part by software tools.
