PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method for less error measurement of dynamic characteristics of a soft tissue such as skin and muscle by performing a single measurement.;SOLUTION: The measuring method comprises the following steps: pushing a plate having an isosceles or a regular triangular hole against the surface of a sample of a soft tissue; measuring a push-in displacement amount of the sample in the direction of pushing-in along a symmetric axis of the triangle; estimating Young's modules of two layers and a thickness of an upper layer using an algorithm; and measuring layered dynamic characteristic distribution of the soft tissue from the surface layer.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
