PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately evaluate fracture strength of a component made of high-strength steel.;SOLUTION: The fracture strength evaluation device includes: an information acquisition unit which acquires information on an analysis object made of high-strength steel; a storage unit in which a plurality of pieces of evaluation criterion data classified per condition of the analysis object are stored; and an arithmetic unit which performs operation based on information acquired by the information acquisition unit and information stored in the storage unit. The arithmetic unit includes an evaluation processing unit which generates an analysis model on the basis of acquired information of the analysis object, executes stress analysis of the analysis model to acquire an analysis result, extracts information of a stress concentration part on the basis of the analysis result, and reads out evaluation criterion data corresponding to the analysis object from the storage unit.
