Similarly, the data generation source O performs data transmission by selecting a data generation source P which exists in the clockwise direction from the data generation source O and belongs to the same zone as the data generation source O. The data generation source P performs data transmission by selecting a data generation source H which belongs to a zone closer to the collection destination than that of the data generation source P and having a smaller number than that of the data generation source P. Similarly to the data generation source O, the data generation source H performs data transmission by selecting a data generation source I which exists in the clockwise direction from the data generation source H and belongs to the same zone as the data generation source H. The data generation source I performs data transmission by selecting a data generation source C which belongs to a zone closer to the collection destination than that of the data generation source I and having a smaller number than that of the data generation source I.
