PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool useful for pathologic analysis of celiac disease, and to provide a medicine for celiac disease.;SOLUTION: Since celiac disease symptom of a mouse deleted in CD300a gene induced with the celiac disease by stimulation with a gliadin peptide has been worsened, the mouse deleted in CD300a gene may be used as a model mouse for a pathologic analysis of celiac disease or for screening a candidate substance which may be an active ingredient of a therapeutic agent or a preventive medicine. Furthermore, a medicine which contains an activity modulator for accelerating inhibitory signal conveyance of a myeloid cell that expresses CD300a, and contains a substance which accelerates binding of D300a to phosphatidylserine, as an active ingredient, may be used to treat or prevent celiac disease.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
