PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel lining concrete curing device capable of preventing or reducing the occurrence of unevenness when applying a curing agent to a curing object surface which is a surface of tunnel lining concrete, and a method for curing the tunnel lining concrete.;SOLUTION: A tunnel lining concrete curing device is used for curing tunnel lining concrete by applying a curing agent to a curing object surface which is a surface of the tunnel lining concrete, and a method for curing the tunnel lining concrete. The tunnel lining concrete curing device includes: a movable body which can move in an internal space of a tunnel; application means having a contact part which is brought into contact with a curing object surface; attaching means for attaching the curing agent to the contact part; and support means for supporting the application means so that the relative position of the application means to the movable body can be changed.
