PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rearrange a job net into one capable of effectively utilizing hardware resources of a computer system while keeping a requirement of an execution order of jobs.SOLUTION: A job net rearrangement apparatus determines a variation value corresponding to a ratio of the number of scheduled processes in the number of data processing results regarding a use rate of each of a plurality of hardware resources at a fixed time interval for each job. While referring to preceding job information for each job, a starting time is determined for each of jobs in such a manner as to be after an ending time of a preceding job for a job having the preceding job, to be after a predetermined initial time for a job having no preceding job, and that a total value of variation values in the use rates of the plurality of hardware resources for a plurality of jobs at the fixed time interval becomes less than or equal to a predetermined upper limit value. The starting time of each of the jobs is then outputted.
