PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an assessment of an impact exerted by a telecommunication network on an environment.;SOLUTION: An environmental impact assessment device includes: a basic unit database 3 for storing a basic unit per segment in advance, that is an average environmental load amount per segment unit into which a telecommunication network is divided; a connecting configuration processor 11 for selecting a configuration of the telecommunication network utilized in a service to be evaluated; an environmental load calculator 12 for extracting, from the basic unit database 3, the basic unit corresponding to the network configuration determined by the connecting configuration processor 11, and for calculating an environmental load amount from the extracted basic unit and an environmental load calculating condition value which sets an operational state of the service to be evaluated; and a data outputting processor 13 for outputting a calculated result of the environmental load calculator 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
