PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image, in which photographing time synchronism is secured, as an imaging result without including a noise image. PSOLUTION: In an X-ray image photographing apparatus 100, an X-ray image by an X-ray incident through an X-ray image forming system 10 with a pinhole 11 is intensified by an X-ray image intensifier 20A and photographed by an imaging section 30, the X-ray image intensifier 20A having: a transmission type photoelectric plane 21 for converting the X-ray into an electron; a micro channel plate (MCP) 23 having an ultra high-speed gate function using a gate pulse applied to a microstrip line 22; and a fluorescent plane 25 for converting the electron into visible light. The transmission type photoelectric plane is installed while being tilted toward the MCP, and first and second fiber plates 26 and 27 are provided at an incident side and an emission side of the transmission type photoelectric plane, respectively. In such a configuration, only the X-ray from one direction can be made incident to the transmission type photoelectric plane, and an image can be obtained without image quality deterioration caused by a noise image (synchronism lacked image).
