The invention relates to the shipbuilding industry and can be used on the submersible vehicles (SV). The speed regulator of the propeller screw of the submersible vehicle based on the inverse model with online-identification of parameters contains a setting device for the input signal, sensor of the propeller screw speed and connected in series power converter, electric engine and propeller screw. According to the invention, it is additionally equipped with a computer of speed acceleration, computer of inertia coefficient and computer of the control signal. At this, the computer of speed acceleration connected with the sensor of the propeller screw speed. The computer of inertia coefficient connected with the sensor of the propeller screw speed, computer of speed acceleration and computer of the control signal that is connected with the setting device of the input signal, computer of speed acceleration, computer of inertia coefficient, sensor of the propeller screw sensor and power converter. The regulator ensures increased accuracy of control with a significant simplification of the regulator.
