摘要

A method for evaluation of peculiarities of effect of cadmium nanoparticles on fatty acid composition of cerebrum of test rats through study of homogenate of tissue of cerebrum after exposition with cadmium nanoparticles. Content of palmitic, linoleic and linolenic fat acids is determined by means of the method of gas-liquid chromatography, after that through comparison of the respective characteristic of control and test groups the level of metabolic disorders at effect of nanoparticles of cadmium compounds is evaluated.
