The purpose is to solve target problems in short calculation time certainlywithout describing algorithms thatare data procedures on computers. As the solution method, because it isconfigured so that, when the initialvalues or variation values, which are used for constraint conditions withregard to target problems and therelevant constraint conditions, are set through Means for Variable ValueSetting 2, then Means forConstraint Condition Extraction 3 extracts constraint conditions that arerelated to those variables, thenMeans for Constraint Condition Calculation 4 searches for the solutions foreach constraint condition one byone, and Means for Variable Value Resetting repeats searching for thesolutions for each constraintcondition setting these searched solutions as new variables, so the course ofsolution searching becomesclear, and it becomes possible to surely reach the final solution anddramatically speed up computing,because each markedly simplified constraint condition has only to be solved.
