The present invention relates to an open-close clip having an open-close property and an open-close clip treatment tool using the same, capable of stopping bleeding that occurs during operation procedures at a surgery department with a pair of clip pieces combined through a clip piece connecting body , and is characterized by comprising; a clip main body provided with an elastic body inside the pair of clip pieces; and a clip combining body with formation of a combining groove of a given depth on the outer periphery face while being formed in a conical shape and formation of a through hole penetrating inside; and a wire combining body including a connection line to connect with a clip piece connecting body of the clip main body by penetrating through inside of a wire insertion groove body and the clip combining body; and a clip housing with formation of a connection protrusion and a connection groove at one end part outside while being prepared outside the wire combining body, and formation of a protrusion on the outer periphery face inside. In addition, the open-close treatment tool using an open-close clip is characterized by comprising; an open-close clip; and an insertion body inserted in the wire insertion groove body of the wire combining body of the open-close clip; and a wire connecting body connected to one end part of the insertion body; and a wire connected to one end part of the wire connecting body; and a wire part including a wire handle connected to one end part of the wire; and a tube part including the insertion body of the wire part, the wire connecting body, a tube prepared outside the wire and a stationary body prepared at one end part of the tube.
