The present invention relates to induced pluripotent stem cells derived from Huntington's disease patients (HD-iPSC). In addition, it was verified that when the induced pluripotent stem cells were treated under specific conditions, at a differentiation stage, or differentiated into neurocytes, a Huntington's biomarker is expressed. Through the change of the biomarker, the HD-iPSC is useful in the screening of candidate drugs for Huntington's disease. Further, when genetic defects are removed, the HD-iPSC is useful as an autologous cell therapeutic agent against Huntington's disease.
