The present invention relates to a guard-structure recognition method using a vehicle radar signal and, more specifically, to a guard-structure recognition method using a vehicle radar signal to recognize guard-structures in advance in order to prevent a system from recognizing a static object as an actual target by mistake due to the noise property of the guard-structures when the system tracks a forward vehicle using smart cruise control (SCC).
