The method of recommendation considers to disclose the diversity and system of tendency user. It is the project to a user close to being a user's evaluation item recommendation system or the use of project includes the variation tendency quantified for each user base in information respectively, the various diverse natures of target user may include recommending target user to be based on to quantifying step to select the tendency of the project being recommended among multiple projects and selected item by user base.
