The method involves taking place the calculation of the S-parameters of the measurement object and the data of the calibration standard. The error terms determined by calibration and the measured value of the calibration measurement and the measuring of the measurement object for the calculation methods are not needed. A one-port measurement takes place, in which the network analyzer is calibrated with three known calibration standards in any order.
